After relocating from New York to North Carolina, she continues to bring a polished, metropolitan sensibility to her work. A Meredith College alumna with a Bachelors in Biology & English Literature, Ritika’s scientific background enhances her deep understanding of hair structure and color chemistry. With over 10 years of experience, Ritika is known for her expertise in transformative blonding, various methods of luxury hidden hair extensions and color corrections. Her advanced training includes working with premier professional color lines such as Goldwell, Wella, Redken, and L’Oréal Professionnel, as well as close mentorship under a master color designer from Paris—an influence reflected in her sophisticated, effortless finishes. Her artistry extends into tailored cutting, shaped by personal training with celebrity stylist Nick Arrojo and continued education at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Miami. She enjoys working with all hair types, from fine to thick and curly, delivering results that feel both elevated and wearable. Beyond the salon, Ritika draws inspiration from fashion, travel, and family life.
